A negligent breeder or a dealer behaves in certain way like these below:
• they are too much anxious to sell or to get rid of the puppy
• they breed only to sell puppies
• they breed a female twice a year or at any estrus
• they state that their puppies are all “show / breed puppies”
• they state that their breed is health problem-free
• they sell puppies to pet shops or to anybody without to know them
• they sell puppies before 8 weeks age
• they sell puppies without documents, or ask further money to have they
The sensible breeders, so as the MULARONI’S HOUSE kennel:
• they are all members of their breed club
• they know well the code of ethics of their own club
• they do so many questions to you as you do to them
• they can show you at least many years of experience for their breed
• they often take part to many National and International Dog show and/or work, agility, and hunting tests
• they breed only dogs that respect as much possible the breed standard and that are almost free from health problems
• they give you the address of other breeders, if, in that moment they haven’t litter available
• they give you a copy of the breed certificate, the Pedigree and a health card with all the vaccinations and dewormings of the puppy
• they offer free assistance, grooming advices, training, ring behaviour etc.
• they always have clean, healthy and happy dogs
And remember there’s nothing wrong to have a good quality pet!!!
